2 tablespoon of brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 tablespoon whole milk

6 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions to Make the Dessert

Step 1 : Start off with making the filling. Take a small bowl, and in it, put the cinnamon, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Step 2 : Next, prep your dough by adding in the egg, sugar, vanilla, and milk in a bowl and whisk it well. Once that is done, add the pancake mix and stir it using a rubber spatula until all is combined.

Step 3 : Lightly dust a surface with some flour and place your prepped dough on it. Knead the dough properly and then roll it into a 8 by 6 inch rectangle.

Step 4 : Once your dough is ready, take your filling and spread it over it. Next, take the filling-covered dough, and roll it into a log. Use the long edge as a starting point. Cut the log into half crosswise.

Step 5 : Take 2 mugs and grease them with non-stick spray. Place one-half of the cinnamon log in each mug with the cut side facing upwards. Next, add one teaspoon of water to each of the mugs.

Step 6 : Now, one at a time, microwave your mugs for one minute and 45 seconds each on medium power. Once done, let it cool down for a minute.

Step 7 : To make your icing, stir in milk and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth,

Step 8 : Finish off your rolls by drizzling the icing over your cooked cinnamon rolls. Serve them hot, and enjoy your lazy mug cake.
